Eassy Finserve (OPC) Private Limited provides informational content and facilitation/assistance services relating to personal and business loans, insurance, ITR filing, GST registration, and accounting/audit support, as described in services.md. Eassy Finserve helps customers understand applicable requirements and coordinates with appropriate banks, NBFCs, insurers, government portals, and qualified professionals — see about us.md, Our Role.
Eassy Finserve does not itself act as a bank, NBFC, insurer, or licensed financial advisor, and does not make lending, underwriting, or approval decisions. See Financial Disclaimer.md.
We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the website from time to time.
3. No Public User Accounts
The public website does not offer visitor account registration, login, or a customer portal. You interact with Eassy Finserve through the Contact form (/contact) and the Enquiry form (/enquiry) described in contact.md and frontend.md, without needing to create an account.
Eassy Finserve's internal administrative Dashboard (described in dashboard.md) is a separate, staff-only system and is not covered by this section; it is not accessible to the public.
If Eassy Finserve introduces public account functionality in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly before that feature launches.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website responsibly and lawfully. You must not use the website to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity, including submitting false information through the Contact or Enquiry form.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Dashboard or any other restricted system.
- Circumvent security or access controls, including file-upload restrictions described in
security.md. - Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code, including through uploaded files.
- Interfere with the operation of the website.
- Conduct unauthorized automated scraping or data collection.
- Send spam or unauthorized bulk submissions through the Contact or Enquiry form.
- Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing material as an attachment.
- Violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Eassy Finserve reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including rejecting or removing a submission.
5. Submissions and Attachments
When you submit the Contact form or the Enquiry form, including any files you attach, you represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the information and files you submit.
- The information and files do not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.
- The information and files do not violate applicable law.
- You have the necessary permissions to provide any personal information about a third party contained in your submission (for example, a co-applicant's details).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and files you submit. Eassy Finserve may use your submission to provide the assistance described in services.md and as further described in privacy.md.
6. Prohibited Content
You must not upload or submit content through the Contact or Enquiry form that:
- Is illegal or promotes criminal activity.
- Contains malicious software (see
security.md, File Upload Security). - Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Fraudulently impersonates another person.
- Contains unauthorized personal or confidential information about a third party.
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Eassy Finserve may reject, remove, or decline to act on a submission that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The website and its underlying components — including software, design, logos, branding, text, graphics, images, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Eassy Finserve and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Eassy Finserve's proprietary website materials without appropriate authorization. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Eassy Finserve's intellectual property to you.

The website may also link to or use third-party service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and file storage. Your use of the website may be indirectly subject to those providers' own terms.
10. Fees and Payments
Eassy Finserve's website does not currently charge visitors a fee to submit a Contact Lead or Enquiry, use the EMI Calculator, or browse informational content. Any fees, charges, interest rates, or premiums associated with an actual loan, insurance policy, or professional service are set and collected by the respective lender, insurer, or professional — not by Eassy Finserve. See Financial Disclaimer.md.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep the website reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs. The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Beta and Experimental Features
Eassy Finserve may occasionally provide experimental or preview features on the website. Such features may change without notice, contain bugs, or be discontinued, and are provided on an "as available" basis unless otherwise stated.

This section does not limit or replace the more specific disclaimers in Financial Disclaimer.md regarding loan, insurance, tax, and registration outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
